The Translation Services Office, which is part of the ESOL program, was created to help Prince William County Schools satisfy the legal requirement to communicate “… to the extent practicable, in a language that the parent can understand… (and) implement an effective means of outreach to parents of limited English proficient children…” (NCLB Act of 2002) while helping the School Division fulfill its commitment to provide a World Class education for all students in Prince William County Schools.
